Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide high quality care to women in a timely manner. By booking a consultation at Health in Menopause you have secured time to discuss your problems in detail and receive personalised advice.

However, we understand that for many reasons, it’s sometimes necessary to cancel or rebook your appointment and we are happy to assist you in this. Cancellations can be made by calling 0115 9388828 or by using the cancellation link contained in the confirmatory email that you received on making your booking. If you wish to rebook your appointment online, simply follow the Consultation Request link at www.healthinmenopause.co.uk where you will be able to see all available appointments.

If you know in advance that you will be unable to attend your appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that this appointment can be made available to provide support to someone else. Unfortunately, if appointments are rearranged or cancelled at short notice, or you fail to attend your appointment, this time is lost to other women. Kindly give at least 2 working days notice to avoid this loss of appointment availability.

Cancellations that occur with up to 2 working days notice will be cancelled or rebooked without penalty or administration fees. However cancellations made with less than 2 working days notice will incur a 100% cancellation levy.

Please note that it can take 5-10 working days for your bank to process a refund.
